Wood-burning smokery stove Nelma is designed for outdoor hot smoking of fish, poultry, meat, bacon, cheese and other products.

With Nelma it is possible to load the smoking chamber with up to 5 kg of products.

The smoking chamber with domed walls combines large capacity of a right-angled smokery with stiffness of a round smokery.

The chamber lid is dome-shaped, therefore moisture condensing does not drip over products or front chamber surface, and goes into the water seal groove.

Water seal is designed both for moisture condensing and for sealing vapours and harsh odours inside the smoking chamber. The water in water seal prevents smoke from coming outside. Smoke is concentrating inside the smoking chamber, which makes meals more savoury and delicious.

Water seal stops air from entering the smoking chamber, which prevents chipped wood from ignition.

The water seal groove works as additional stiffening member, and helps with prevention of chamber deformation from thermal deformation and physical impact.

The grate stand allows their placing on various levels and their securing in place. Delivery pack includes four removable grates made of cooking stainless steel. Lower part of the stand has a tray for grease and juice collection. There is an easy-to-use handle on top. It is possible to serve cooked meals right on the stand.

There are wooden handles on the sides of the smokery that allow carry it from one place to another even while it is in operation without burning yourself.

The lid has wooden handle with a stainless steel pipe inside it, which lets excessive moisture out of the smoke chamber to make products dryer during the smoking process. Handle has to be touched with care, from the side, in order to avoid smoke burns.

Nelma has integrated wood-burning stove made of construction steel, which makes it self-sustaining and safe. There is no need to start a fire, or use grills and other non-specific heating media for heating up chipped wood. You do not have to think how to secure smoking chamber over the fire. The stove has wide stable base that prevents the smokery from falling over during its operation.

Stove firebox has a tightly closing door with a lock and burning control device that helps support optimal temperature inside the smoking chamber. The stove also has a furnace bar, an ash box and an ash drawer.

Stainless steel flue acts as an additional heat exchanger that heats smoking chamber with hot smoke.

Flue cap prevents smoke from accumulation on the chamber lid.

The batch production includes one model of the smokery stove.
